Milburn Mechanical proudly backs every service and repair that we do. We guarantee to exercise a high level of skill and to take due care when working on your car, and we will take all necessary care to avoid loss or damage.

We guarantee that any services we provide in Burleigh Heads and in Miami will reasonably fit the purpose you specify; and any products we use are also fit for that purpose. We also guarantee that our services and products, are of a standard that will achieve the results that you told us about.

You never have to feel concerned or defensive about calling us about any problem. Our goal is to make you happy. When you are happy, then we are happy.

If there’s a problem, give us a call and we will fix it … fast! Our team will get onto the problem as a matter of priority and will follow up with you to make sure that the repairs are done to your satisfaction.

What exactly is covered by our warranty?

Our warranty covers you for a full 6 months or 10,000 kms and includes:

All parts and fluids supplied, installed or serviced by our mechanics
All labour by our mechanics

If there’s a problem, we will replace or repair any faulty items, and fix the problem at our cost. All we ask is you call us and give us the opportunity to make it right with you.

Of course, our warranty is in addition to your normal consumer warranties. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
